Job Summary

The Marketing Associate will assist in executing detailed marketing tasks, including social media management, email marketing, graphic design, copywriting, creating flyers and marketing collateral. This role requires strong writing skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Create, design, and send email campaigns using HubSpot (or other marketing automation tools).
  • Graphic Design: Create visuals for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Copywriting: Develop engaging and persuasive content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, website pages, newsletters and marketing collateral.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Marketing Manager with organizing projects, managing marketing assets, and ensuring brand consistency.
Campaign Execution: Support paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) by writing ad copy and optimizing content.
