Job Description:
Requirement/Must Have:
- Knowledge of courts' business processes for criminal justice, family, and civil lines of business.
- Hands-on experience implementing solutions for court case management systems.
- Strong understanding of native capabilities of court case management systems.
- Experience in structured methodologies for design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Experience with I&IT processes, standards, and artifacts.
- Hands-on experience with delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Iterative Agile, and Product Candidateagement.
- Experience using technical solution design and prototyping tools for JAD and design sessions.
- Gather and document configuration, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align configuration data with business needs.
- Translate business and functional requirements into system configuration specifications.
- Conduct JAD sessions with stakeholders for requirements gathering and validation.
- Prepare questionnaires and lead information sessions with vendors to understand system capabilities.
- Perform gap analysis, create process flow models, journey maps, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Support system and user interface design modifications (data and screen).
- Review test scenarios to ensure requirements are met and assist in resolving test defects.
- Research and document comparisons of existing systems or COTS solutions to meet requirements.
- Track project activities, create reports, and ensure adherence to client standards.
- Configuration, functional, and non-functional requirements documentation.
- Reporting requirements and system specifications.
- Data mapping, process modeling, and journey maps.
- Options analysis and business case documentation.
- Current state/gap analysis and logical/physical data models.
- Requirements traceability matrix and test case alignment.
- Enterprise architecture artifacts, presentations, briefing notes, and status reports.
- Business analysis experience in large IT organizations, preferably within a public sector environment.
- Hands-on experience documenting reporting requirements and creating detailed specifications, user stories, and business cases.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
