About the Role
Vanguard is seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to support and enhance our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities. This role will focus on implementing and optimizing HR case management, knowledge management, virtual agent experiences, manager hub, and lifecycle events such as onboarding, job changes, and offboarding. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience through scalable, user-friendly solutions.

About the Role
Vanguard is seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to support and enhance our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities. This role will focus on implementing and optimizing HR case management, knowledge management, virtual agent experiences, manager hub, and lifecycle events such as onboarding, job changes, and offboarding. Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules, including case management, knowledge management, and lifecycle events
- Develop and optimize virtual agent workflows and manager hub functionality
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support and enhance Employee Center Pro (ECP) and integrate divisional portals into a unified enterprise intranet
- For senior-level candidates: architect and maintain integrations with Workday HCM and other enterprise systems
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, and performance
- ServiceNow HRSD certification
- Hands-on experience with HRSD modules: case management, knowledge management, virtual agent, manager hub, and lifecycle events
- Familiarity with Employee Center Pro (ECP) and enterprise portal integration
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday HCM (for architect-level candidates)
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-grade HR solutions
- Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams
