IAM - Project Management
- Expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies, and strong experience/understanding of Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe)
- Collaborates with product & engineering teams
- Enforces the agile process workflow and holds individual team members accountable for responsibilities and commitments
- Anticipates challenges, identifies risks, and recommends mitigations and solutions.
- Encourages and coach teams to be self-accountable and self-empowered
- Develops strong partnerships with product owners, architects and development Leads to transform Business objectives into execution strategy Expert-level knowledge on the impact of metrics such as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity.
- Reports the status on metrics and any risks as part of governance process
- Impeccable communication and time management skills, and expertise in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
