Title : Technical Program Manager
Location: Plano, TX
Technical Program Manager (Java/ J2EE, Azure, ReactJS)
Job Description:10+ years of experience in managing distributed teams (onshore/offshore model) and good experience in program management.
Primary function includes Program Management, Client Management and Team Leadership.
Must have good understanding of Java/J2EE based technologies (API Design, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, Microservices, Azure, UML, JUnit, Mocking frameworks), ReactJS and Cloud/Azure concepts.
Strong stakeholder management skills, effectively navigate through different levels of customers.
Strong reporting skills, able to present program status tracking reporting and highlighting risks in a timely manner.
Participate in Architectural discussions at program level and ensure the implementation at Scrum team level.
Assist the Architect group during creation of Architectural Roadmap.
Guide the project team to estimate accurately and decide the PI Objectives during Planning meeting.
Have hands on experience in Agile preferably SAFE environment.
Have experience of coordinating onshore/offshore teams.
Confident, articulate and desire to grow and learn.
Expected experience 16-18 yrs.
