Job Details

Responsibility:

  • Develop products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.
  • Must have an understanding of the needs of the business, representing the true voice of the customer, communicating with design/business teams, and aligning technical activities to deliver an exceptional product.
  • Shall participate in strategic activities, which align the product roadmap with business goals and tactical activities involved with the development team to help manage backlogs and clarify user stories, product vision, and specifications.
  • Must understand customer's issues and be able to define features and functionality that alleviate the pain points.
  • Should have expertise in the healthcare provider domain and technical development.
  • Must be able to translate product requirements into actionable insights for stakeholders and the development team, aiding in decision-making.

Experience: Knowledge of Product Management, People Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Financial Planning, and Strategy, and Proficiency in relevant software applications.

Education: Bachelor's degree and SAFe Agile Certification are required.
