Role: Sales Associate – Energy Sector
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Energy practice, focusing on building long-term client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering innovative energy solutions. The role blends technical understanding of the energy sector with strong sales and client engagement skills. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates passionate about shaping the future of energy markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities across energy and renewables (power generation, transmission, solar, and emerging clean technologies).
- Develop proposals, conduct client presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the energy ecosystem.
- Stay updated on energy policies, tariffs, and regulatory frameworks to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Energy, or Engineering — candidates from Texas A&M University are highly preferred.
- Should have prior working experience in energy industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical energy concepts into client-focused solutions.
- Interest or experience in energy, power, or renewables sector.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven.
