Role: SAP Basis Consultant

Client Location :1944 E Sky Harbor Cir N Phoenix, AZ 85034 || Consultant has to work 2-3 days from onsite

Position's General Duties and Tasks
In these roles you will be responsible for:
Support our clients as SAP basis expert with thorough understanding of the latest SAP technology, tools, and architecture
Identify, assesses, and solves complex SAP technology problems
Perform system-wide analysis regarding the allocation of enterprise application technology and performance
Develop analysis of technology architecture design in coordination with designers, architects, developers, and business analysts
Assist in creating and modifying strategies, resolve problems and document issues and resolutions
Ability to communicate technical issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions
Manages small-medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client
Provide production & migration support for implemented SAP S/4HANA and ECC Solutions
Perform HANA and BASIS support on SAP S/4HANA and provide issue resolutions for customer reported problems
Perform testing for solutions delivered by the BASIS teams
Experience with Cloud Solutions (i.e. SAP Workloads on Azure)
Understanding of functionality and expected solution and resolutions
Interface with software package vendor and other module consultants for issue resolution regarding standard functionality, technical solution
Must possess a broad knowledge of all SAP applications, particularly touchpoints and integrations between different SAP modules and interfaces
Perform root cause analysis, solution identification and implementation and be responsible for solution quality and SLA Adherence for issues handled.

Requirements for this role include:
Minimum 8 years of SAP Basis or SAP Tech Arch experience, either cloud or on-premise
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA BASIS support experience
Good understanding of SAP Solution Manager
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience
Familiar with Landscape strategy system architecture
Experience in supporting end to end SAP for ECC and S4/HANA, testing support, Cutover prep and Hyper care activities.
