Job Description:
- Set up business planning infrastructure and drive systems execution
- Set up business planning reporting for People Team leadership and cross functional partners globally
- Drives tools and process adoption among cross-functional WW and Regional teams, provide technical and educational support
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and drive solutions working with the cross-functional WW and Regional teams
- Continuously drive improvements in process, tools, systems with the team to achieve scalability, simplification and accuracy
- Functional/technical skills, problem solving, program management, process management
- Strong project management experience with a technical proficiency
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with exposure to global planning, operations or business systems
- Track record of coordinating and driving projects in a multi-channel environment
- Experience with Tableau, analytics and reporting
- Experience with risks and compliance
