Description: Our client is currently seeking a Systems Administrator 3-Hybrid
The Systems Administrator III will play a critical role in the design, deployment, and support of enterprise IT systems across both on-premise and cloud environments.

As a senior member of the newly formed Core & Identity group, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and performance of identity and infrastructure services that are foundational to our operations.
This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership in project execution, and the ability to mentor junior team members while ensuring high availability and compliance of core systems.

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise IT systems (on-prem and cloud-based). Manage and maintain on-premise Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID environments. Oversee server patching using MEMCM and Intune, and monitor server health via SCOM. Administer internal certificate management and conditional access policies.

Ensure endpoint security and compliance through Intune, Zscaler, and PC patching. Lead the development of system standards, documentation, and best practices.

Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for critical systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware/software evaluations and implementations. Serve as a technical lead and mentor to junior administrators.

Support compliance and audit readiness for identity and infrastructure services.

Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems administration. Expertise in: Active Directory (on-premise) Azure AD / Entra ID MEMCM / Intune for patching and endpoint management SCOM for server monitoring Conditional Access and Zscaler Internal certificate management Core security practices in Azure, Intune, and AD Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in hybrid environments.

Proven ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, SC-300, MS-100)

Experience in divestiture or M&A IT transitions

Familiarity with ITIL practices and compliance frameworks
