Field Services Engineer | $70,000 | Hybrid | MSP

What You ll Be Doing
- Onsite support across multiple client sites
- Running network cables, installing access points, deskside troubleshooting
- Remote service desk coverage and ticket management
- Hardware/software provisioning and documentation
What You ll Need
- 3+ years IT service desk experience
- 1+ year in an MSP environment
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 Admin, Office Suite
- Basic networking skills (switches, firewalls, connectivity)
- Experience with Autotask, macOS, and remote support tools
- Valid U.S. driver s license + travel flexibility
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications (MS-102, Enterprise Admin Expert)
- Experience with Intune, Entra, Google Suite
- Bachelor s degree
