Job Details

Candidates must have prior hands-on experience using the Coupa platform, with a strong emphasis on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functionality, vendor management, contract renewals, and PO creation. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of procurement operations experience and the ability to support day-to-day IT purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both administrative and operational functions related to IT procurement and purchasing.
  • Handle daily tasks such as:
    • Processing requisitions and purchase orders
    • Managing quotes and contract renewals
    • Resolving invoice discrepancies
    • Tracking and communicating purchase status to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of requests.
  • Engage in supplier management, including onboarding, contract review, and coordination for services.
  • Use Coupa to ensure accurate data entry, workflow management, and procurement compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 3 years of experience using Coupa, particularly the P2P module (creating/approving requisitions, POs, approvals, invoicing, etc.).
  • Understanding of the data fields in Coupa (supplier, quantity vs. amount, commodity, start date, end date, etc.) and how they interact.
  • 3-5 years in IT procurement (hardware, software, telecom, IT services), with understanding of technology contracts, vendor terms, and renewals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing purchasing processes.
