Job Description

Join Philips as an Engineering Change Notices Analyst 3 for Ultrasound and help drive innovation in healthcare. You'll lead design change coordination, streamline product updates, and ensure quality across engineering and operations. It's a high-impact role at the heart of product development.

Your role:
  • Provide configuration management support for service operations.
  • Review change notices and change implementation plans (which impact service operations). Evaluate these changes with configuration management, product change coordinator, research & development, upgrade engineering, logistics, test engineering, and document specialist to coordinate implementation dates.
  • Lead teams to communicate, negotiate and resolve implementation issues related to service engineering changes. Participate on cross-functional teams including sustaining teams, extended core teams, new product introduction teams and design reviews, quality improvement and change implementation boards.
  • Responsible for the interface between product development and configuration management during the new product introduction phase, prior to change notice release, to help identify field replacement parts according to product configuration processes. Create and release or review various types of documentation supporting service and the field.
  • Participation in sustaining change meetings. Participation on various process improvement projects. Chair various meetings with impacted service operation team members

You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 0+ years of relevant experience with a master's degree.
  • Your skills include data analysis & interpretation, technical acumen, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Project management professional certification is preferred.
  • You have at least a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, information technology, business administration, or project management. Degrees in other related fields will be considered.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Washington is $98,280 to $157,248 annually.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
