The Boeing Company's Talent Management and Organizational Performance team is looking for a Performance Management Specialist (Experienced or Senior) to join our team in Everett, WA; Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Seal Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; Hazelwood, MO; Plano TX; Ridley Park, PA; North Charleston, SC; or Huntsville, AL.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management and process design, with a proven track record of enhancing organizational performance through effective program implementation. This role requires a strong, collaborative project manager who can drive performance improvement initiatives and partner with a variety of stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Simplify and Redesign Enterprise Performance Management Processes by supporting the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance review process and tools, ensuring consistency with our values, quality of feedback across the organization and various personas
  • Drive enhancements to the process that increase effectiveness and foster a transparent, objective performance culture
  • Ensure performance management programs, including goal setting, are scalable, measurable, and actionable, driving both operational success and long-term business growth
  • Partner with stakeholders and leadership to ensure programs are align with business objectives and strategy
  • Foster a Culture of Continuous Feedback and Employee Development
  • Establish a feedback-driven culture, promote regular feedback, equip managers with tools to support employee development and performance growth
  • Partner with HR teams, compensation team, and technology on the performance manager process design and continuous improvement
  • Improve the Performance Management processes, launch forms and reporting tools
  • Monitor adoption and completion of processes, and analyze issues and deterrents to adoption to address in real-time or as part of the performance product roadmap

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience with program and/or project management
  • 3+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations
  • 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience with talent management processes
  • 1+ years of experience in performance management
  • Experience supporting organization-wide talent management programs such as talent strategy, performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience working data from multiple sources and/or manipulating data
  • Experience working with manufacturing teams
  • Experience with Workday Talent Management

Summary pay range Experienced (Level 3): $83,300 - $120,750

Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $104,550 - $151,800
