We are seeking a Systems Operations Engineer with expertise in MongoDB, Python, and high-availability production environments. Responsibilities
- Provide production support for MongoDB environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex engineering challenges, leveraging Python for troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with client personnel to align with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to large-scale planning and execution of Systems Operations Engineering deliverables.
- Work with Generative AI and Large Language Models to enhance system efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate Model Risks, ensuring robust AI-driven workflows.
- 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Python in production environments.
- Strong background in high-availability systems and BAU support.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models, Model Risks, and Prompt Engineering.
