Immediate need for a talented Admin Assistant. This is a 14+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Bedminster, NJ(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $20 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift is Tuesday- Saturday 3pm until 12am.
- 4 weeks of training will be required M-F 8AM-5PM .
- Data Entry & Documentation: Enter customer and account data within time limits, review for accuracy, and resolve deficiencies using standard procedures.
- High-Volume Call Handling: Answer calls from law enforcement regarding urgent matters 24x7x365, authenticate callers, and provide required customer records.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all cases are managed in compliance with applicable laws and company procedures, documenting everything end-to-end.
- Problem Solving & Judgement: Work independently, make sound decisions, and escalate matters to management when necessary.
- Organizational Skills: Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: Data Entry, Call centre, law, Rutgers university.
- Legal background or college education is beneficial but not required.
- Proficient typing, transcription, computer skills, and customer service experience.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and use sound judgment when handling legal processes.
