Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant Location: Burbank, CA (Onsite 3 days/week; No travel)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll processes and direct client interaction. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working closely with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in US Payroll processing, taxes, and compliance.
• BSI Tax Factory configuration, maintenance, Tax Update Bulletin (TUB) application, and testing.
• Configure and maintain garnishments in the payroll system.
• Configure Benefits and integrate benefits with payroll processes.
• Manage payroll posting to Finance systems.
• Deep understanding of Payroll Schemas and Payroll Rules.
• Configure Direct Deposit and Check issuance setups.
• Implement and test HR Service Packs.
• Setup of Wage Types, including payment models and taxability setups.
• Successfully completed at least two end-to-end full lifecycle US Payroll implementations.
• Experience in third-party vendor integrations with SAP.
• Perform production support activities, including root cause analysis and resolution for configuration, development, data, and process issues.
• Implement and support Positive and Negative Time Management.
• Manage Time Evaluation, including schema updates and adjustments.
• Conduct Year-End Testing and apply/test Legal Notes.
• Configure and test the Remuneration Statement (pay slip).
