Description
SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Cyber ACAS Administrator to join our team and manage complex IT infrastructures for critical Department of the Navy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Enterprise Cyber Security Engineering requirements utilizing of the following tools: Nessus Security Center, Nessus Manager and scanners, Nessus Agents, and others as needed.
- Participate in A&A support and operational processes, working with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and challenges and solving problems with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) configuration and customization which includes the administration of Security Centers, Nessus Scanners, and Nessus Managers
- Develop implementation, guidance, best practice information, schedules, and detailed product feature specifications to support integration of ACAS enterprise servers and services
- Create/Update all documentation needed to support the ACAS teams requirements, taskings, deliverables, and maintenance of the ACAS solution
- Create, modify, maintain, or provide input for supporting documentation to include, but not limited to system design specifications, diagrams, ports and protocols reports, implementation plans, process guides, security impact assessments, risk analysis, milestone forecasting, testing procedures, use cases, compliance documentation, eMASS and RMF support.
- Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create complex technical reports on analytic finding.
- Help implement training and participates in continuous process improvement activities through the enhanced implementations
- Perform application installation and upgrades, execute configuration changes and apply patches
Qualifications
Required Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Hands-on experience with ACAS Administrator.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or TCL is a plus.
