Endur Change Management Lead

This position is located in our Houston, Texas office with work performed at client site in Houston, TX ( 3 days a week onsite).
How You'll Make an Impact:
Roles and Responsibilities: Partner with colleagues on projects and programmes as a experienced change practitioner to:- Build or help build change management plans and manage delivery against these plans.- Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard- Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles.- Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers.- Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management, for both traditional and Agile deliveries.- Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of Shell's business.- Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain changeCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
