Job Title: Capacity Manager
Job Location: Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC / Jacksonville, FL / Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL / Chandler, AZ
Type: Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite as per above mentioned locations - Local independent preferred as of now.

Job Description:
  • Candidate will participate in multiple projects and have a specific set of deliverables around Capacity.
  • Includes Risk and Regulatory Management, Information Security Generalist Skills, Information Security Management.
  • Candidate will work with other support teams to collectively provide forecasts and models for performance and capacity of impacted components.
  • Once performance testing is underway, the candidate will review saturation test results and artifacts (e.g., AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, SAR/vmstat, application logs and Performance Center results) to measure and interpret capacity thresholds/limits.
  • Candidate will also be required to support capacity related BAU activities associated to audit requirement.
  • Includes Risk and Regulatory Management, Information Security Generalist Skills, Information Security Management.
  • Experienced of IT Capacity Management.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of capacity planning methodologies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL capacity management best practices COBIT framework.
Desired Experience with:
  • Infrastructure architecture
  • ITSM
  • AppDynamics/DynaTrace
