Job description

The ideal candidate will possess strong planning, organization, communications, budgeting and change management skills. S/he will leverage experience in planning and designating project resources, preparing budgets & schedules, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed. S/he will have a proven ability to facilitate communications between technical and businesspeople and demonstrate a passion for process improvement and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities of the position include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop project goals and establish measurements for success for each project
  • Develop the project schedule and plan to ensure timely completion of the project and within budget
  • Obtain management and other key stakeholders agreement with the project plan and timeline, and advise of any obstacles or resource needs that may affect completion of the project as planned
  • Assemble the project team, identify competencies, and assign resources to development tasks appropriate to each individual s knowledge, skill, and abilities
  • Perform program scoping exercises and coordinate with key stakeholders to prioritize new programs and ensure strategic cross-functional alignment
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and generate periodic status reports
  • Apply project management tools and tracking systems to manage all aspects of project progress and ensure all teams have contributed to the success of the project
  • Monitor and communicate project progress, and adjust resources as necessary to keep the project on track
  • Create strong relationships with the company s Technology partners, act as a liaison between the business & IT Support to manage & prioritize technology requests

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Project Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in related positions; or a Masters degree in related fields with additional years of experience.
  • Project Management certification preferred.
  • Appropriate college coursework, technical training, or industry certifications may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
  • Advanced experience in data processing, evaluation, and analysis
  • Ability to travel, to include overnights

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
