The IT Project Coordinator is accountable for administrative and light project tasks within the larger ERP implementation team. This role will be coordinating meetings, small events including catering and responsible for calendar maintenance within the team. This role will provide project support with tasks and light deliverables to support the overall ERP Implementation project. This role will be representing IT on a high visibility project across the enterprise, so professionalism and business acumen is vital.
Essential Job Functions:
Accountable for providing operational and administrative support to the projects.
Responsible for managing meetings scheduling project, taking and distribution meeting notes, providing administrative support for recordkeeping and follow-up with both attendees and non-attendees.
Lead document management in the project workspaces.
Responsible for the upkeep of the project plan by working with project managers and leaders.
Responsible for continuously monitoring and evaluating project progress and risks log, and alerting PMO leadership of any issues.
Responsible for documenting, improving and sharing PMO processes.
Accountable for coordinating project events.
Responsible for performing other job duties as needed to support the project delivery.
Comply with and contribute to the continuous improvement of company policies, processes and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Familiarity with Microsoft D365
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent professionalism and business acumen
Familiarity with Traditional/Waterfall or Agile Project Management
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Comfortable creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
Excellent ability to organize small events, including catering
Self-starter, who is comfortable working in a fast pace with minimum to moderate supervision
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree required in business, computer science, and project management are preferred.
Certifications in the project management field are preferred.
Experience / certifications with MS Office applications, Azure DevOps, MS Projects, MS Excel is required.
Location: Remote (must be based in the US)
Rate: $55-$65/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week . Contract duration is 12 months with possible extensions.
