Position: Senior Business / System Analyst PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (AR & Billing Focus) Location: Austin, TX - (Hybrid - Need Only Locals) Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, specifically focused on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing module implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, integration testing, and workflow design, along with proven experience collaborating in large team environments.

Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate business requirements sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).
Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis to align PeopleSoft functionality with business processes.
Drive end-to-end system integration testing, including working with third-party interfaces.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for system configuration and development.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management initiatives.
Provide functional expertise in Accounts Receivable and Billing modules, with additional exposure to Asset Management, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
Collaborate using MS Teams, SharePoint, and Jira to manage requirements, tasks, and documentation in an Agile/Scrum framework.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
Implementing and supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing modules.
Requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis with SMEs.
End-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
4+ years using Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
2+ years working with MS Teams in large team settings.

Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
2+ years with Asset Management, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger modules.
2+ years using PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
2+ years with SharePoint.
1+ year with Jira, Scrum framework, and STAT.

Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
