This Technical Manager position is a key leadership opportunity within a growing organization, focusing on strategic IT initiatives for state agency engagements. - Lead & manage technical resources across state agency contracts, optimizing service delivery and utilization.
- Drive strategic IT initiatives and develop SDLC best practices for system enhancements and data integration.
- Oversee ECM (FileNet focus) & Document Capture solutions, including configuration, workflow, and reporting.
- Coach & mentor technical teams, identifying growth opportunities and delegating responsibilities.
- Serve as a thought leader, building client trust, growing technical offerings, and contributing to industry discussions.
