Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing SuccessFactors implementation projects, specifically in Employee Central and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering cloud-based HR system implementations while managing project teams, timelines, budgets, and client relationships. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding implementation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, functional analysts, and client representatives, to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and fostering strong relationships.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and methodology for SuccessFactors implementations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior project team members as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager for SuccessFactors implementation projects, with a focus on Employee Central and Onboarding modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent, is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning.
- Familiarity with data migration, integration tools, and methodologies specific to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Onboarding is a plus.
