Job Details



Key Details:



  • Contract (approx. 6 months)

  • Location: 100% Remote

  • Pay: $43-46/hr


Responsibilities:



  • Primary (High-Impact Work)

    • Reverse Syncs from People Data to downstream systems (e.g., Active Directory, 3E).

    • API Development & Maintenance

      • Sync from ADP (with potential to push data back to ADP).

      • Integrations with:

        • CE Manager

        • ConnectWise

        • Preparis

        • (Optional) WordPress - explore push/pull possibilities.



      • Skills/Directory Structuring - Potential project to formalize skill metadata across systems.

      • People Data Enhancements - Assist in coding enhancements to the Master/People Data platform, as skills permit.

      • SQL Support - Contribute to SQL tuning, query optimization, and occasional database migrations depending on expertise.



    • Secondary (Supportive / Flexible Tasks)

      • KnowledgeBase Site Updates - Add/edit technical documentation.

      • SQL Reporting - Build or refine internal reports.

      • Data Cleanup Projects - Help reconcile and align data across systems like AD, 3E, web directories, phone listings, addresses, and mailstops.






Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's preferred or development certifications and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree (5+ years).

  • Recommended skill set:

    • SQL (Strong) - Must be comfortable with views, joins, deduplication logic, and performance tuning.

    • PowerShell - For scripting and automating sync jobs or server-side tasks.

    • API Familiarity - REST/JSON integration experience is ideal.

    • Web Development - Working knowledge of:

      • Net (legacy support)

      • JavaScript

      • HTML/CSS



    • WordPress - Bonus for website integration capabilities.



  • Solid baseline of technical skill who can operate semi-independently.

  • Ability to contribute meaningful work with light guidance and progressively take on more responsibly depending on comfort level and department needs.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
