Job Details
JOB DETAILS
- Primary Work Locations: Midtown Manhattan and Jamaica, Queens (with potential travel to other facilities across the metropolitan area)
- Provide technical support to clients across hardware, software, telecommunications, and technology services to ensure reliable utilization of systems for daily operations.
- Support includes desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, accessories, installed and accessed software, voice and data communications, and central support systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver seamless technical support services across multiple platforms and devices.
- Lead provisioning, asset inventory management, kitting, and distribution of:
- iPhones
- Mobile printers
- Credit card processing hardware
- Manage deployment of 2,400 systems to end users.
- Provide ongoing post-deployment support.
- Perform equipment moves, setup, and lifting as required.
- Travel and report to various facilities as per work assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop resources, including:
- Operating system software (Windows, iOS, Android)
- MS Office Suite & commercial off-the-shelf software
- Desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Printers (multi-function and mobile) & other peripherals
- Internet technologies and remote access solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise-grade Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Troubleshooting skills for iOS and Android devices (device functionality, app compatibility, system performance).
- Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent people skills.
- Good to Have: Wireless/Mobile skills (1–2 years of experience).
