Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Systems Manager to lead the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions across MM, MRP, EWM, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain processes, deep SAP functional expertise, and hands-on leadership in delivering enterprise solutions. This role will partner directly with key business leaders in Engineering, Construction & Integrated Supply Chain (ECSC) to deliver strategic and innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as IT Product Owner for SAP SCM modules (MM, MRP, EWM).

  • Lead project delivery (budgeting, scope, timelines) across $5M $50M initiatives.

  • Provide hands-on support, design, and configuration of SAP modules.

  • Act as Data Steward ensuring governance and quality standards.

  • Lead a team of consultants and employees supporting SAP initiatives.

  • Partner with business to identify and implement AI, analytics, and automation solutions.

  • Manage integration with systems like Ariba, Vertex, Coupa, and Work Management tools.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of SAP SCM experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.

  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, MM, MRP, EWM, SD, and integration with FICO.

  • Proven experience in full life cycle SAP ERP implementations (2 3 minimum).

  • Strong understanding of supply chain workflows and enterprise data modeling.

  • Experience managing large-scale IT programs and SAP implementation budgets.

  • Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira.
