Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Projects, strong business process understanding, and hands-on experience configuring and optimizing PPM solutions to meet client requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules including Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Control.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design business processes, and configure Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Prepare and review functional design documents (MD50s), test scripts, and configuration workbooks.
- Support integration touchpoints with Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA), Procurement, and HCM modules.
- Conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions, resolve defects, and ensure successful user adoption.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues post go-live.
- Work closely with technical teams on data migration, reports, and custom extensions.
- Deliver end-user training and ensure proper documentation of business and configuration processes.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates and quarterly releases to evaluate impact and enhancements.
Professional Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud PPM suite: Project Financial Management, Project Billing, Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Resources.
- Experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Solid understanding of accounting flows, revenue recognition, and project budgeting processes.
- Ability to map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality effectively.
- Experience integrating PPM with Financials, Procurement, and HCM modules.
- Proficiency in preparing and executing test plans, CRPs, and training documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in PPM (preferred but not mandatory).
