We're hiring a skilled Building Automation Programmer with proven expertise in Tridium Niagara (AX/N4) to support our growing BAS projects in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead the programming and commissioning of complex building automation systems.
Note: Tridium Niagara Certification (AX or N4) is required for this position.
What You'll Do:
- Program, commission, and integrate building automation systems using Tridium Niagara (AX/N4)
- Develop custom control logic, graphics, and dashboards for building performance monitoring
- Integrate third-party systems (BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.) within Niagara
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project specs
- Perform system diagnostics and resolve issues during and after project deployment
- Maintain code libraries, backups, and documentation for all programmed systems
- Train clients and end users on system operation when needed
Requirements:
- Tridium Niagara AX and/or N4 Certification - Required
- 3+ years of programming experience in Building Automation Systems
- Strong understanding of HVAC sequences, control systems, and building operations
- Proficiency with open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LON
- Familiarity with additional BAS platforms (Honeywell, Distech, JCI, etc.) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
