Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 19 casinos across 11 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to online sportsbook licenses in 18 states. Bally's Media operates the Bally Sports Live and Stadium sports streaming services. Bally Sports Live is a free live streaming app that allows sports fans to engage with their favorite events in real-time while fostering interactive fan communities and earning rewards for activities. Stadium, a joint venture between Bally's and Silver Chalice (owned by Jerry Reinsdorf, who also owns the Chicago Bulls and White Sox), is a free advertising-supported streaming (FAST) sports network distributed through partners such as Samsung TV Plus, Amazon Fire TV and Prime Video, Tubi, YouTube TV, DirecTV and Fubo. Sports and events that Bally Sports Live and Stadium broadcast include Minor League Baseball, Savannah Bananas, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, GLORY Kickboxing, AVP Pro beach volleyball as well as betting shows.
Well, what about the team?
The team oversees the development and delivery of the Bally Sports LIVE & Stadium streaming video platform. Responsibilities include interfacing with cloud and physical video systems, as well as in-house management systems. Team members play a key role in designing and implementing system architecture for the broader VSE team, ideally operating on West Coast hours to align with production schedules.

So, what will you be doing?
- Architecting, operating, and maintaining Bally's physical/virtual broadcast systems for content delivery.
- Spearheading and delivering broadcast/video engineering projects to support evolving workflows.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of broadcast engineers for 24/7 coverage.
- Supporting media operations team and assisting users with technical issues.
- Managing and optimizing broadcast technology and workflows, including transmission, routing, closed captioning, and video monitoring.
- Designing, operating, and supporting complex broadcast systems in SDI & IP-Based Video Workflows with proven ability.
- Utilizing expertise in low latency protocols and broadcast production hardware.
- Implementing and troubleshooting IP-based workflows using knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Have deep expertise in broadcast technology and workflows.
- Be able to architect, operate, and support complex broadcast systems.
- Have experience with low latency protocols and broadcast production hardware.
- Be knowledgeable about networking fundamentals and troubleshooting IP-based workflows.
- Be experienced in virtual infrastructure and cloud-based video solutions.
- Have an understanding of DAI, SSAI workflows in OTT video.
- Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Be proficient in cloud platforms, with a focus on AWS.
