Our team is growing, and we re searching for a Windows Endpoint Engineer/ Application packaging who is a creative problem-solver with their fingertips on the latest industry practices to help our clients achieve digital realization. You ll join a group of industry veterans and digital natives, blending the power of tried-and-true methods with cutting-edge technologies. We prioritize authentic partnerships in a collaborative environment, and we re excited to welcome a System Engineer who is eager to bring their expertise to our team.

About the position

Thought leadership in the application packaging lifecycle and how to move from a disparate model to a centralized, more standardized structure Intune, Windows 11 SCCM, Windows 10,Flexera, PSADT, GPO knowledge Packaging (MSI, MSIX, MST and MSI upgrade

Responsibilities:

Define the future state of application packaging along with lifecycle management of applications intake process, standard packaging process, security and vulnerability requirements,user acceptance testing, versioning maintenance, application retirement, etc.

Validate documented installation and troubleshooting procedures for all approved software and further define application packaging standards to be used by internal/external teams.

Create and maintain client specific processes for application approval to ensure applications are installed per documented policies and procedures.

Prepare client systems, and associated applications and equipment for various environments, per project requirements.

Configure the systems, per documented policies and procedures. Actively participate on project teams that

develop custom solutions for core business initiatives.

Combines knowledge of client core business activities and technical savvy, to effectively design robust, scalable solutions.

Provide system support for changes and enhancements following the accepted change management protocols.

Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the core business solution vendors.

Serve as a technical liaison between these vendors and business units.

Understand and adhere to security policies and procedures, as they pertain to the Windows client platform.

Requirement:

Three to five (3-5) years of experience in software support/packaging Packaging experience with Flexera or similar packaging studio Software Deployment using Intune Experience

Packaging software for installation on Windows 10 and Windows 11 Experience automating software installs Working knowledge of GPOs and Active Directory

Knowledge of Windows security components and permissions
