REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or a related field or relevant work experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lighting Components (Aura/LWC) and Salesforce configuration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security and data models.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX).
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and security settings.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (or equivalent experience)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Years' Experience, Certificates):
Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect) are a plus.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Salesforce.
Experience on AWS services like Lambda, EKS, Fargate, Batch, Lightsail, WAF, Step Functions.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.

The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is seeking to hire a motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join its Medicaid Systems Development (MSD) team and help drive digital transformation through Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate is to have hand-on experience with Salesforce configuration, and integration, along with a strong understanding of business processes and CRM best practices. MassHealth (MH) is the EOHHS o ffi ce that administers the Medicaid program and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) in Massachusetts. MassHealth applications provide critical support for access to health care for some of Massachusetts' most vulnerable individuals.
The Sr. Salesforce developer's primary role is to support LCMS (Legal Case Management System) built for BOH (Board of Hearings) team. The ideal candidate will need to have deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, architecture and integration. This role will be responsible for leading technical solutions, mentoring junior developers, and delivering Salesforce projects that support our business goals. This position is anticipated to be a minimum six-month engagement with the possibility of being extended for a longer term.
