Description
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Livingston, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will provide essential technical support to end-users, ensuring that IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to user inquiries regarding IT systems and applications.
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
Accurately document all reported issues, resolutions, and actions taken in ticketing systems.
Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely issue resolution.
Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
Provide support for desktop hardware, computer applications, and Office tools.
Assist with troubleshooting Active Directory and Windows 11-related issues.
Adapt to various shift schedules as required, ensuring continuous support coverage.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Proficiency in managing support tickets and using ticketing systems.
Familiarity with Office applications, Active Directory, and Windows 11.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
