Job Details

Resource 1 is seeking a Syspro Support Analyst for a 6-month contract-for-hire position for our client based in Miami, FL. While the preference is for a candidate local to Florida, remote candidates will also be considered. The Syspro Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting Syspro modules from a functional and administrative standpoint (not development). The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the platform and ensuring its effective use across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • End-user support and troubleshooting for Syspro system issues, including the following modules: Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and Purchasing.
  • Training staff on system functionality and assisting with the adoption of Syspro across the organization.
  • Extracting data from various systems using SQL and working with SQL Server for reporting and data management.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Syspro, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
  • Experience working with various Syspro modules (Accounting/ Inventory/ Sales/ Purchasing).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with SQL Server.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users and internal teams.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus but not required.
