Job Description
Seeking a skilled candidate to lead a wide array of activities associated with planning and migration wave management for a client cloud migration Initiative. This role involves liaising between various teams and activity assigned resources supporting migration to resolve the issues leading to the migration.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and update pre-migration related activity/milestone follow-ups, closures, RAID logs, facilitate change management review of client requests to change migration dates, capture completion evidence in the firm s scheduling and migration tool
Discuss and follow up on late activities with technical operations manager per client migration
Develop migration playbook, including coordinating pre-migration meeting with each technical operations manager (TOM) & PMO per migration wave
Hosts stakeholder office hours to discuss migration-related topics
Migration activity-related issues and risks are reported in daily standups and a path to green is monitored and executed
Ensures compliance with SDLC and program standards
