This role is critical to supporting major modernization initiatives, including two large Kubernetes-based projects going live in June 2026 and November 2026.
You will work closely with infrastructure and support teams to enable containerization, CI/CD deployments, and application performance monitoring. This is a long-term opportunity with multiple phases extending through 2027, offering stability and growth in a cutting-edge environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor cluster health and performance; proactively tune and optimize services
  • Perform Kubernetes upgrades and ensure quality fixes and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and lead root-cause analysis
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve cluster and service problems

  • Strong expertise in Argo CD, Helm, Ansible, and Bitbucket
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (Layer 4 & 7), including Ingress and Load Balancer implementations
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible Core, Terraform)
  • Familiarity with containerization principles and Docker image management
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to perform root-cause analysis
  • Strong communication and time management skills; ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace
  • Knowledge of Splunk and other logging/observability platforms
  • Familiarity with legacy-to-container migration strategies
  • Exposure to high-availability systems and performance tuning

Employment Eligibility

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a W2 basis
  • No sponsorship or C2C arrangements are available at this time

Employee Value Proposition

  • Longevity and stability with multi-phase projects through 2027
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge containerization and Kubernetes modernization
  • Collaborative environment with domain experts and influence on strategy
