Join our Enterprise Cybersecurity - Identity Management (IDM) team, contributing your expertise to the build-out and maturation of Sailpoint IdentityIQ / IDM strategy. This position involves providing technical support for complex system management activities, collaborating with vendors, technicians, clients, and management.

This position involves providing technical support for complex system management activities, collaborating with vendors, technicians, clients, and management.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the IDM team, specializing in Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
- Provide engineering support for system software, hardware, and performance.
- Contribute technical input to management decision-making in software, hardware, and performance areas.
- Define networking requirements, perform detailed project analysis, and develop designs for medium to high complexity projects.
- Formulate procedures, monitor key performance indicators, and implement advanced business solutions.
- Integrate systems or operate in a DevOps model based on organizational maturity and product requirements.
- Preferred experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ, including expertise in build-out and maturation of the environment.
- Integrate applications to Sailpoint IdentityIQ through custom connectors and plugins.
- Implement workflow automation for account life cycle and reporting.
- Provide support for Sailpoint IdentityIQ / IDM managed applications, including onboarding and access management.
Requirements:
- Sailpoint IdentityIQ experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience in building out/maturing Sailpoint IdentityIQ / IDM environments.
- Proficiency in integrating applications with Sailpoint IdentityIQ through custom connectors and plugins.
- Experience in workflow automation for account life cycle and reporting.
- Support expertise for Sailpoint IdentityIQ / IDM managed applications (onboarding or access management).
- Engineering support for complex system management activities.
- Ability to collaborate with vendors, technicians, clients, and management.
