Citibank, N.A. seeks a Data Integration Lead Analyst for its New York, NY location.
Duties: Facilitate and execute the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement, and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with functions, regions, and lines of business. Examine and evaluate project status, including identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change, and propose solutions to project leads. Determine appropriateness and guide revisions and refinement of presentation content and materials for governance forums. Coordinate the day-to-day activities related to the overall program and project, and associated dependencies. Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines, or processes. Liaise with multiple data teams and departments and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes. Coordinate responses to requests from second and third Line of Defense functions including Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit. Conduct analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance, and taxonomy. Develop and articulate business requirements and map current and future state processes. Contribute to the strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with technology, operation, and other support organizations. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management of Technology, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation within the financial services industry. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in the financial services industry. Six (6) years of experience, or four (4) years in the alternative with a Master's, must include: Performing detailed analysis of data issues and related processes and controls in support of finance data remediation initiatives; Supporting projects that implement and/or enhance compliance with data governance policies and related procedures by interpreting requirements, implementing processes enhancements and controls, and fostering awareness and adherence; Developing presentation materials for data governance forums including determining content, engaging with stakeholders, and highlighting required actions and escalations; and Analyzing and responding to requests from 2nd and 3rd Line of Defense functions including Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit.
