Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary escalation point and hands-on contact for all network and client service issues within the assigned region.

Manage a small team of on-site IT professionals, coordinating high-profile technical projects with executive stakeholders and ensuring service delivery excellence.

Lead the planning and execution of local network downtimes, ensuring adequate testing, quick recovery, and adherence to global IT standards.
Required Qualifications

7+ years of related experience with a strong technical background in network infrastructure and IT operations.

Demonstrated ability to manage and lead technical teams, including network services and client support staff.

Proven experience supporting IP-based networks, WAN technologies, cloud environments, DHCP, and DNS.

Strong customer orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort interacting with senior-level executives (Directors, VPs).

Ability to travel up to 50% to active client sites within the US.
