Mandatory Skills:
- Leads Client initiative to consolidate multiple payment gateways into a unified platform.
- Oversees integration of fraud prevention, authentication, authorization, and settlement across all sales channels.
- Represents internal and external customer needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborates with technology project managers and external solution providers, including contract amendments.
- Ensures alignment with Client s policies, processes, and contractual obligations.
- Defines clear business requirements and reviews contracts and project deliverables promptly.
- Participates in partner meetings, testing, communication, and change management activities.
- Centralizes payment processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Improves payment security and reduces PCI-DSS compliance liability for clients.
- Refines settlement procedures to streamline sales reconciliation.
- Acts as the primary liaison with credit card networks, processors, and digital wallet providers.
- Requires a Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 9 years of relevant work.
- Demonstrates expertise in credit card operations, merchant processing, and platform deployment.
- Possesses strong analytical, communication, and project leadership skills; proficient in Excel, Access, and Word.
- Preferred experience includes travel industry payment systems and Tableau reporting.
