Job Details

Job Summary:
o Product Manager - Research & Discovery responsible for leading early-stage discovery and research.
o Translates ambiguous business needs into validated, estimate-ready problem definitions.
o Produces discovery artifacts to support IT estimation, investment decisions, and strategic prioritization.
o This is a hands-on discovery role, not delivery or people management.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead strategic discovery to frame customer, business, and regulatory problems.
o Produce validated discovery packets for IT estimation and capital planning.
o Conduct customer research, usability testing, and concept validation.
o Create journey maps, service blueprints, business rules, and low-fidelity prototypes.
o Partner with Product leadership to support ROI modeling and prioritization.
o Align with Domain PMs to define MVP scope and end-to-end journey impacts.
o Ensure discovery artifacts are complete and aligned before estimation or execution.
Qualifications:
o 5+ years in product discovery, UX research, service design, or product strategy.
o Strong experience in journey mapping, blueprinting, and early prototyping.
o Ability to synthesize user, operational, and regulatory inputs into business value.
o Proven facilitation and problem-framing skills.
o Experience in large, regulated enterprise environments preferred.
