Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Lead System Engineering
REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker
JOB LOCATION: 300 North Point Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30005 [Hybrid position]
DUTIES: Elaborate design and interfaces for specific components including defining subsystems and allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions. Align development teams and partner in elaborating the Solution and its interfaces. Validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives. Establish critical NFRs at the solution level. Create and enable the (CI/CD) pipeline including planning, defining, and designing of the system solution and explore alternatives. Develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business features and capabilities. Work with portfolio stakeholders, solution and enterprise architects, to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enablers. Participate in project planning, system and solution demos, retrospective workshops. Integrate external components, systems, and platforms. Collaborate with
development, project managers, vendors, and solution architects to design application tests to validate the consumer technology ecosystem. Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and audit activities. Conduct data analysis and troubleshooting in support of financial reporting systems.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Engineering and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation establishing critical NFRs at the solution level; creating and enabling the (CI/CD) pipeline including planning, defining, and designing of the system solution and explore alternatives; developing the Architectural Runway in support of new business features and capabilities; supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and audit activities; conducting data analysis and troubleshooting in support of financial reporting systems; developing ETL solutions on public cloud platforms (Azure or AWS); applying advanced knowledge of data analysis, design and code analysis for ETL processes of enterprise scale data platforms; and translating business requirements into technical design concepts.
