Title:IT Security Specialist

Position Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$53.82-$76.89 Per Hr

Description
Support the onboarding of new applications into the overall portfolio.
Assist with process support for expanding capacity requirements.
Work closely with production support to manage performance and capacity deliverables.
Review technical documentation to identify potential capacity impacts.
Provide forecasts and models for performance and capacity.
Review performance testing results to interpret capacity thresholds.
Offer support and consulting to production support teams.

Key Responsibilities
Gather demand and existing data for capacity planning.
Assist in onboarding new applications with a focus on capacity.
Collaborate with support teams to forecast performance needs.
Review and interpret performance test results.
Consult with support teams on application performance issues.

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in IT Capacity Management.
Knowledge of capacity planning methodologies.
Experience with mathematical, statistical, and quantitative analytics.
Understanding of ITIL capacity management best practices.
Knowledge of security frameworks and vulnerability assessment.
