Oracle ERP Project / Program Manager
Location: Local to Indiana or ability to travel there at least two weeks per month
Duration: 6+ months
Job Description

  • Expertise: Proven experience in ERP Program Management, with preferably functional knowledge of Finance and PPM modules.

  • Technology: A Solid command of Oracle ERP is strongly preferred.

  • Localization: Familiarity with US-specific compliance, including FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation).

  • Sector experience: A background in engineering firms (e.g., WSP, Jacobs) or major digital service companies is highly valued.

  • Leadership: We need someone autonomous, with strong critical thinking skills, able to challenge and proactively propose solutions to both North American and group-level management.
