Core Skills Required:
Strong Java backend development
Spring Boot + RESTful services
Familiarity with Java libraries used in microservices
Nice-to-Haves:
Frontend: Node.js / React
Tooling experience: Bulk onboarding, API integrations
Messaging tools:
Pulsar (preferred)
Kafka (helpful)
