Job Details

We are seeking an Integration Test Engineer / Controls Engineer for a long-term contract role.
This is a traveling position (up to 75%) - candidates must commit to travel. All travel expenses are covered.

  • Troubleshooting and supervising control systems in automated manufacturing systems

  • Engineering electrical systems for robotics, PLCs, and automation systems

  • Deployment/validation of software packages at project sites

  • On-site subsystem testing, integration, and validation

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute on-site integrated system functional testing in coordination with the Integration Manager

  • Configure key system services and validate software deployments

  • Conduct subsystem and full system integration testing, including troubleshooting and RCA

  • Participate in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live activities

  • Support customers and team members with training and technical communication

Minimum Requirements
  • BS in Computer Systems, Software Engineering, or related field

  • Software design & architecture knowledge

  • SQL database query experience

  • Software QA testing (automation scripts in Java preferred)

  • Hands-on testing with conveyors, warehouse automation, or related equipment

  • Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
