Our team of experts specializes in implementing Oracle Cloud for businesses of all sizes, and we re looking for a dynamic and hands-on leader focused on Oracle Cloud Project and Program Management to join us on our journey.
As an Oracle Cloud Project and Program Manager in our public sector vertical at Sierra-Cedar, you will be responsible for providing excellent consulting services to our clients and will assist in delivering Oracle Cloud projects in our national practice. As a viable candidate, you will require the following:
- 5+ years experience as a Project and Program Manager on implementation projects for Public Sector or Higher Education agencies
- At minimum one full lifecycle as a hands-on Oracle Cloud Project Manager
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP
- Ability to lead a team of consultants and client personnel through different project phases and build relationships while overseeing projects
- Astute in operations and organizational management, quality assurance and business development
- Possess knowledge and execution abilities in process improvement and methodology
- Develop and manage detailed project plans
- Experience managing fixed-fee full lifecycle implementation projects
- Ability to understand and engage in effective discussions regarding Oracle systems and operational processes with end users and across various disciplines, including functional, technical, project/change management, as well as operations
- Hybrid with remote work allowed - all conducted only in the U.S. and travel to client sites as needed
- Must be available to work occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones
- Bachelor s degree required
