POSITION OVERVIEW
As a IT Lead Business Process Analyst your roles and responsibilities will include:
Need an Experience SAP Configuration Specialist - need someone with more experience!! Strong technical background in SAP is very important!!
- Lead the development and enhancement of business software performance
- Manage large, complex project budget, timelines, communications, and deliverables
- Drive process improvements, understanding end-to-end business processes and integration points of systems
- Design, configure, test and manage the change management process to implement necessary system updates.
- Determine requirements and plan internal and external resources in developing and supporting software enhancements and modifications per established standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate IT Lead Business Process Analyst who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal IT Lead Business Process Analyst would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of applied technical/configuration experience in SAP or other ERP system and/or manufacturing systems and technologies and a minimum of 7 years of experience working with the Procure to Pay function.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proven ability to indirectly manage internal and external resources while maintaining accountability for quality, cost and timely completion per business requirements
- Effective project, budget, and cost management skills
