Job Title: Technical Analyst FS TSS Integrations (HRP Implementation)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support HRP (HealthRules Payor) implementation initiatives, specifically focusing on FS TSS integrations. The analyst will be responsible for drafting BRDs, defining and analyzing business requirements, and supporting system integration activities within a healthcare payer environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for HRP integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and system requirements.
Support FS TSS integration efforts including data mappings and interface specifications.
Leverage experience with HealthRules Payor (HRP) to ensure successful design and testing outcomes.
Participate in requirement grooming sessions, reviews, and validation of technical deliverables.
Provide support for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect resolution.
Maintain detailed documentation and track deliverables using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SQL for backend validations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 + Years of Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in healthcare domain.
5+ years of Hands-on experience with HealthRules Payor (HRP) understanding of both Manager and Designer modules.
Strong experience in writing BRDs and other technical documentation.
Experience working with EDI Transactions (e.g., 834, 837, 270/271, 276/277).
Solid understanding of healthcare payer systems, especially in integration and migration projects.
Proficient in SQL for data validations and backend testing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, HP-ALM, and UiPath is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
PAHM (Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management)
